Who we are

Rachelle has worked for many years as a food and props stylist for TV and Advertising, Not content with just making food for the camera she branched out as a freelance chef and cookery teacher.

Kozy has vast experience in multiple environments, having worked as a chef and in catering management and after years in leadership roles, Kozy returned to the kitchen as a chef, which she enjoys with a passion. Kozy is also a dedicated supporter of the Hutsadin Elephant Foundation, helping set up the volunteer programme and rescuing elephants.

As Front of House Manager, Donal hopes that the 30 years he spent travelling the world as an opera singer will bring a sense of theatre to our in-restaurant experience.
