Rachelle has worked for many years as a Food and Props Stylist for TV and Advertising. Not content with just making food for the camera, she branched out as a freelance chef and cookery teacher.

As Front of House Manager, Donal hopes that the 30 years he spent travelling the world as an Opera singer will bring a sense of theatre to our in-restaurant experience.
